Landon & Jan (Childs) Bunderson

UPDATE

Jan went to Colledge of Eastern Utah in Price, UT. She got an associates of science. Then she played softball, volleyball, and hiked for a few years. She found herself and decided that she would become a dentist...assistant. If you smile at Jan (how could you not) she will know immediatley if you had braces she will also detect whitening procedures, chipped teeth, food, and under/over bites. Not to worry, she doesn't judge and she sees the beauty in most people. Then she married a dude in 2003 and they had two girls McKenna 3yrs and Elizabeth born in 2008 (Kenna and Libby). Jan is well versed in house-wifery and she enjoys it when her team is winning. She lives in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

Landon went to Snow Colledge in Ephraim, UT. Sweden for mission. USU, UVSC, BYU, then back to USU. He got F's at Snow, Frozen boogers in Sweden, Ran out of town at Utah State, a BS in Biology at UVSC (I don't know why either), and then a MS in Plant Science at USU (Specializing in turfgrass). He didn't get anything at BYU. He got married the same time Jan did. He works at a sod farm and loves grass. He lives in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

FAVORITE MEMORIES

Landon's favorite memories are: taking that weird military exam thing in the auditorium, watching those guys out back build the fancy new gym that we never got to use, walking to school (it was uphill), and being awesome but not fitting in. Also, digging cruddy trucks out of crud holes. Landon would also like to point out that he felt like there was a lot of unity that developed in the class of 1998 especially senior year (sappy eh?).

Jan's favorite memories are: watching Landon walk to and from his locker. Pretending Landon wasn't her destiny. Year round first class bus rides (v-ball, basketball, softball trips). Chewing gum. Hanging out with friends, some of which were know as "crazy clevland girls". That night after a football game that we (yeah, you too) put people on blankets and threw them up in the air.

POLITICAL VIEWS

Jan believes that there should be a larger working class working in the beet growing industry. Landon wants to stick with grass.

Landon, I must respectfully disagree with your grass leanings. I'm totally with Jan on this one.

Great update! I totally forgot about the throwing people up on blankets, that was fun.

I have to say that I was disappointed with all this talk about Landon's love for grass that you didn't include a shot of your front lawn. How else are we supposed to know if all the hype is true and if your success is valid? I'm just saying....

Oh...I get it now. Landon on GRASS totally makes sense. What else could explain that behavior? :) lol OH, and Landon forgot to mention that HS was most memorable on account of his favorite neighbor, and I'm not talking about The Rochettis!
